Delivery area
We currently ship within Thailand only. Free local pickup in Bang Khen, Bangkok, is also available (see below).

Processing time
Orders paid before 2:00 PM are prepared within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays. Pre-order items ship on or after the release date stated on the product page.

Carriers
Depending on your location, the size of your order and carrier availability, we ship with one of the following carriers:
- Thailand Post (EMS and Registered Mail)
- KEX Express (formerly Kerry Express)
- Flash Express
- J&T Express
- Ninja Van
- SPX Express
- Same-day delivery in Bangkok via Lalamove or Grab Express (on request, fees charged at actual cost)

Delivery time
- Bangkok and surrounding areas: approx. 1–3 business days after shipment
- Other provinces: approx. 2–5 business days after shipment
These times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and your location.

Shipping fees
Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment, based on your address and the contents of your order.

Tracking
A tracking number is sent by email as soon as your order is shipped.

Packaging
Single cards are shipped in sleeves and toploaders. Sealed products are packed with protective material to prevent damage during transport.

Local pickup (free)
You can select "Local pickup" at checkout.

- Pickup is by appointment only. Available time slots are sent to you by email once your order is ready.
- Please wait for our "ready for pickup" email before coming, and bring your order number.
- Orders not collected within 14 days may be cancelled and refunded.

Delivery issues
Please make sure your address and phone number are correct. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or failed delivery, re-shipping costs will be charged to the customer. For damaged or lost parcels, see our Refund Policy.
