Nova Global 1 Co., Ltd. ("Nova TCG Thailand", "we") operates novatcgthailand.com. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal data, in accordance with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) ("PDPA").

Data we collect
- Identity and contact data: name, email, phone number, billing and delivery address.
- Order data: products viewed, added to cart, purchased, returned or cancelled, and order history.
- Payment data: payments are processed by our payment provider Opn Payments. We do not store your full card details.
- Communications: information you send us when contacting customer support.
- Technical data: IP address, browser, device and browsing data collected through cookies.

Why we use your data (and legal basis)
- To process, ship and support your orders (performance of a contract).
- To handle returns, refunds and customer service (performance of a contract).
- To comply with accounting and tax obligations (legal obligation).
- To prevent fraud and secure our website (legitimate interest).
- To send you news and promotions, only if you have subscribed (consent). You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails.

Who we share data with
Only with service providers needed to run the store: Shopify (e-commerce platform), Opn Payments (payment processing), delivery carriers, and email/marketing tools if you subscribed. We may also disclose data when required by law. We never sell your personal data.

Relationship with Shopify
Our store is hosted by Shopify, which processes personal data to provide and improve its services. Some of this data may be processed outside Thailand; in that case we rely on the safeguards provided by our service providers as required by the PDPA. Cookies
We use cookies necessary for the website and checkout to work, and, where applicable, analytics cookies to improve the store. You can manage cookies in your browser settings.

Children
Our services are not intended for children under 20 (the age of majority in Thailand) without the consent of a parent or guardian. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data without consent, contact us and we will delete it.

How long we keep data
Order and accounting data: as long as required by Thai law (generally up to 10 years for accounting records). Marketing data: until you unsubscribe. Other data: no longer than necessary for the purposes above.

Your rights
Under the PDPA, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise your rights, contact novaglobal.one1@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request. You may also lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).

Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. Payments are processed over encrypted connections. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

We may update this policy. The latest version is always available on this page, with the date of the last update.
