Refund policy

At Nova TCG Thailand, we want every order to arrive exactly as expected. Because trading card products are collectible items whose value depends on their sealed and untouched condition, our return policy is as follows.

Returnable items
- Sealed products (booster boxes, booster packs, ETBs, collection boxes, decks, accessories in original packaging) may be returned within 7 days of delivery or pickup, provided the factory seal and packaging are fully intact and undamaged.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error.

Non-returnable items
- Opened products, including opened booster packs and boxes.
- Single cards, once delivered or picked up, unless they do not match the condition described on the product page.
- Products sold during special events or clearance, if stated on the product page.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of receipt at novaglobal.one1@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the parcel and the item. We will offer a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
For damaged parcels, we strongly recommend filming the unboxing.

Lost parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within 10 business days of shipment, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier. If the parcel is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

How to request a return
1. Contact us at novaglobal.one1@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) to return.
2. Wait for our confirmation and return instructions before sending anything. Unannounced returns may not be accepted.
3. Send the item well protected. We recommend a tracked shipping method.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the result. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method (card or PromptPay / bank transfer). Your bank may take additional time to credit the amount.

Order cancellation
You may cancel an order free of charge as long as it has not been shipped or prepared for pickup. Pre-order cancellations are subject to the conditions stated on the product page.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under Thai consumer protection law.
