Conditions of Sale

These conditions of sale govern all sales made on novatcgthailand.com by Nova Global 1 Co., Ltd., registration no. 0465568001665, trading as Nova TCG Thailand, 48 Soi Ram Inthra 14, Tha Raeng, Bang Khen, Bangkok 10220, Thailand ("we"), to any customer ("you"). By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these conditions.

1. Products
We sell trading card game products: sealed products (booster boxes, booster packs, ETBs, collection boxes, decks), single cards and accessories. All products are authentic. Product photos are for illustration. For single cards, the condition stated on the product page (Near Mint, Lightly Played, Played, etc.) is the reference. Products are offered while stocks last.

2. Prices
Prices are shown in Thai Baht (THB) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping fees are not included and are displayed at checkout before payment. The price applied is the one shown at the time the order is placed.

3. Placing an order
1. Add products to your cart.
2. Enter your contact details and choose delivery or local pickup.
3. Review your order and the total amount, including shipping.
4. Pay online.
Your order is final once payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email with your order number.

4. Payment
Payment is required in full at the time of order. Payments are processed securely by Opn Payments. Accepted methods: PromptPay QR, mobile banking and debit/credit cards, as shown at checkout. We never have access to your full card details.

5. Order refusal or cancellation by us
We may refuse or cancel an order in case of an obvious pricing error, stock unavailability, abnormal quantities, or suspected fraud. In that case, you will be informed and fully refunded. We may limit quantities per customer on high-demand products.

6. Pre-orders
Pre-order products are paid in full when ordered. Release dates are set by the publishers and may change. If a release is delayed or our allocation is reduced, we will inform you and refund you in full if you request it.

7. Delivery and pickup
We deliver within Thailand only. Free local pickup is available in Bang Khen, Bangkok, by appointment. Carriers, delivery times and pickup conditions are detailed in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the parcel is delivered or picked up.

8. Returns and refunds
Sealed products with intact factory seal may be returned within 7 days of delivery or pickup. Opened products and single cards are not returnable unless defective, damaged or not as described. Full conditions are detailed in our Refund Policy.

9. Damaged or incorrect items
Any damaged, incomplete or incorrect item must be reported within 48 hours of receipt at novaglobal.one1@gmail.com, with your order number and photos. We will replace the item or refund you in full.

10. Liability
We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or events beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the order concerned, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these conditions limits your statutory rights under Thai consumer protection law.

11. Personal data
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

12. Governing law and disputes
These conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. In case of a dispute, please contact us first so we can find an amicable solution. Failing that, the dispute will be submitted to the competent Thai courts.
