These terms apply to all purchases made on novatcgthailand.com, operated by Nova Global 1 Co., Ltd., registration no. 0465568001665, 48 Soi Ram Inthra 14, Tha Raeng, Bang Khen, Bangkok 10220, Thailand ("Nova TCG Thailand", "we"). By placing an order, you accept these terms.

1. Products
We sell trading card game products (sealed products, single cards and accessories). Product photos are for illustration; for single cards, the condition shown on the product page (e.g. Near Mint, Lightly Played, Played) is the reference. All products are authentic.

2. Prices
Prices are displayed in Thai Baht (THB) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping fees are shown at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but the price charged is the one displayed when your order is placed.

3. Orders
An order is confirmed once payment is successfully received. We may cancel an order in case of an obvious pricing error, stock issue, or suspected fraud; in that case you will be fully refunded. We may limit quantities per customer on high-demand products.

4. Pre-orders
Pre-order products are paid in full at the time of order. Release dates are set by the publishers and may change. If a release is delayed or our allocation is reduced, we will inform you and offer a full refund if requested.

5. Payment
Payments are processed securely by Opn Payments. Accepted methods include PromptPay QR, mobile banking and debit/credit cards, as displayed at checkout.

6. Delivery and pickup
Delivery and local pickup conditions are described in our Shipping Policy.

7. Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

8. Liability
We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or events beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the order concerned, to the extent permitted by law.

9. Intellectual property
All website content (logos, texts, photos) belongs to Nova TCG Thailand or its licensors. Pokémon and other trademarks belong to their respective owners. Nova TCG Thailand is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with these rights holders.

10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute will first be resolved amicably; failing that, it will be submitted to the competent Thai courts.
